We retain the ashes

No Healy, No Gardener No Worries

Just a class above in all aspects. We looked more enthusiastic and more purpose in the field than them
Poms had a ton of misfields and a crucial dropped catch

Alana king pegged things back in our favour when it looked like Poms were on a roll. She is a genius

I thought there was about 15k at the ground, spread out
But the official figure was well under 10k, which is disappointing really, when you consider over 30k turned up in the terrible weather (and ultimately cancelled match) Sixers v thunder few nights before (btw we are getting our coin back for that one)

England don’t look fit.
The Aussies are starting to blood some real good talents. Healy, Perry won’t last forever but I reckon the train just keeps rolling.

I think the English ladies are lovely ambassadors and athletes

They dont need to change anything at all, their time in the sun will come one day.....down the track

Its never coming home

England can forget it there never winning anything ever again.

But in all seriousness ironically Hartley was part of the 2017 world cup team that won.

I reckon she would have a fair idea about standards and what it takes to win.

Knight, Beaumont and Nat Sciver Brunt are the only ones left from that side

Yeah they got lucky India beat Australia in the semis but they still had to win and did beat Australia in that world cup in the group stages.

This current English team motto seems like they are just happy to compete and we have the psychology advantage and aura over them they cant seem to know how to deal with.

time to give some newbies a run

No newbies in the squad

Grace Harris only addition to the squad from the 3-0 ODI whitewash

Well there is Voll, she had her t20 debut in game 1, plus will play tonight and game 3 id imagine due to Healy out

Poms won the toss

Australia batting - unchanges for both sides from game 1

Heather Knight says they want to bring out the mongrel

This kinda reminds me of the Parramatta Eels being down by 34-4, with 10 min to go, then deciding to fire up...
