Well done Raiders!!!! I am so excited... Thanks all the Premier League players and the coaches. Snoopy Collins did his club proud, as did all the team... what a dominant performance guys... Brilliant!!!!

Outstanding boys, way to impressive for the conditions. Such a huge step for the club's future. intense finals experience that will be transfered to the top grade next season. That should get phil's confidence back, enjoy it and get in a big off season. Can Gafa be anymore of the complete player? Thankyou Mick Monas, sorry he didn't have an enjoyable performance, but sadly i'll have a minor soft spot , for manly. (fatty sneaked another Bragging comment about him and manly again FFS) cross and weyman toiled hard nonstop with great leadership from porter, all the best mate.
Considering all factors and areas probably our club's best season.
Well done fellow supporters too pretty solid year, even for premier league.

yep, great win and well deserved considering how dominant they were all year. I was very impressed with Allan Rothery, I think we will see him play plenty of first grade next year.

Was a great game :) We look a bit lost in attack every now and then but apart from that it a fantastic performance! How good(lucky) was Jace's kick at the end!!!!!

BTW how BAD was Archer.... I mean there is NO WAY that tackle was "held"..... He was making real shockers all night.... Hope I never have to watch another game with him refing it.... Why the hell didn't they get Mander, etc to do it???? And is he really the best Premier league has in the refs department?!?!?!?! If so we need help in that field NOW....

One more thing... how BAD were the commentators? Constantly bitching about the "style" that we were playing and how it's so "predictable" and saying that our first grade side does the same..... FFS they give me the shits.... Does a single f**king one of them have any f**king idea of what they are meant to be commenting on?!?!?!?!

I thought the boys played fantasticly. Gafa is a star of the future.

Was anyone else there at the end to shake the boys habds on their honour lap? That was the highlight of my season.

We really deserved that victory. And we killed them too, absolutely smashed them. It could have been 50-0. I'm just so happy with the depth we have, Gafa, Campo, Weyman, Cross, Rothery, Bryant...Porter played well too, but that was his last game I think.

Channel 9's coverage of the Premier League was awful. The commentators knew nothing about the players (eg describing Michael Monaghan as mostly a "ball runner"). Then they kept switching away to interviews DURING THE PLAY, showing the interviewees faces over and over again, which switching from the match. Then when the Raiders won, we didn't even see them receive their trophy or do any of the lap of honour.

The coverage of the pregame entertainment was also non existent.

Great win by the boys, i quite enjoyed the laid back approach for the coverage of the lower grades. What were they saying about Gafa playing for the rams in '97??? How old is he? Campese's kicking game really impressed me as did Jace, sad to see him go, but he may be back if we need him as he is going to our feeder club in brissy- Souths-Logan.
Can't wait to see some of these guys in 1st grade next year especially a bulked up Phil Graham! :D

What a day, it's not often that the results go to the good guys two times in the one day. The mighty Raiders, how good was it? We had penrith fools bagging them at the start, but they shut up after a while :D Got some good photos, might get some on here once I am home from holidays. Got to run to the fence to shake hands with the boys, they were rather pumped. At least they got a full victory lap which they deserved, hammering the poor cougars who had nothing.

Then it was time for the Finch and Walker show. Gee, the Roosters fans would be kicking themselves they have those two. How many tries did they bomb together? I can think of at least 3. I get no greater pleasure than watching Finch stuff up  Have to mention Scotty Sattlers tackle, that won the the grand final. Great day to be had, didn't even get rained on :D

Go you might Raiders! We have something in the trophy cabinent! Now for the bigger one next year....

You just reminded me! How good was it seeing Finch and Walker capitulate?!!! I would have loved to be there to give it to those pr1cks! I also thought Scott Sattler should have got the Churchill medal, if it wasn't for him they quite simply would have lost but then again i can't argue with Priddis. The underdogs rule!!

COCKADOODLEDOO!!!!
