Going off Facebook stream comments (I know, I know), Tonga aren't playing that great and are directionless in attack. Who would have predicted that Tonga would struggle in the halves?
that would be me, you can have all the go forward in the world, some class player has to organise the sets end

Scotland should of got the boot for this RLWC due to no domestic competition and replaced by Russia or Canada.

why? so they can get slaughtered? Yeah, everyone will watch that. Russia and Canada need time, anything can happen in the next 4 years though. Like merkin, we might be seeing a world class halfback from el f**king salvador. Just need time.

What's he difference between Scotland, Russia and Canada? One is not a league playing country....they are a heritage team and that it's.

Our sport is so fixated on making sure it's competitive that we punish nations like Russia, Canada, Jamaica and Serbia who are legit league playing countries.

The only people who are worried about big scores are the people on this forum and the RLWC/RLIF organisers.

Hmmmm show me where tens of thousands of people are turning up?

Because earlier predictions are the games are struggling to sell....

In the next few weeks compare the kind of crowds teams full of first graders get compared to teams full of nobodies (which is what Serbia/Russia will be). Or games expected to be close compared to games expected to be total blowouts.

I'm not saying it's the most important consideration but saying no one cares except a few weirdos on forums is clearly wrong.
