Whilst I respect the rights of Ch 9 to air what they deem as the best offerings of the 7'S ie the semi's and final, I can't believe that a small amount of time / footage was not given to showing some other highlights.

No vision of the international teams does nothing to promote its WORLD tag. If they could find time for that useless piece with Matty Johns surely they could promote RL's slow but ongoing expansion.

Why don't Channel Nine put a two or three hour highlights show on after whatever Sunday movie they play? It has to be better than some of the trashy B-grade movies they throw on there at the moment.

It rates brilliantly yet they still ignore it. quite deploreable. I hope the NRL/ARL are recording each cock up. They need to address it.

I don't think it matters when their contract is up, we know they will get the rights again.

I mean 10 is wrapped up with the AFL, 7 is the rugby station and forget ABC and SBS, so hence we have no other place to go.

I always wished 10 would get the rights again, I used to think Graeme Hughes was a top commentator when he was on 10.

I understand 9's decision on the World Sevens, yeah it was a bit pissweak, but it's not like they were ever going to show it through the day.
