I can only really comment on the Penrith players...

50. Greg Waddell - Centre - Penrith
He has only been able to string together a small number of matches at a time because of long term injuries. Has played Toyota Cup (Under 20s), and is yet again on the injury list at the club. He may yet play first grade in the NRL, but could also retire early.

32. Joseph Paulo - Half back - Penrith
Halfback? Perhaps at the time, but his 29 games for Penrith between 2008 and 2010 were either in the forwards or off the bench (from memory). He's now at Parramatta, where I think he's played a few matches.

29. Tim Grant - Prop - Penrith
Made his debut for Penrith in 2007, and has now racked up 75 games for the club. Has played City Origin, and is earmarked as a future player for NSW, maybe as early as this year.

24. Masada Iofesa - Hooker - Penrith
Made his debut for Penrith in 2008, with 60 games, with probably an even split in relation to starting hooker and off the bench. Was I think the the first choice hooker in the season (2009) which was between Priddis' departure and Kingston's arrival. He's now at Canberra.

5. Michael Jennings - Centre -Penrith
Had a stellar debut season in 2007, being the club's leading try scorer and player of the year. Since then he has been up and down, but has played for NSW and Australia. His 2011 season was his worst to date (only scoring 1 try for Penrith), but so far this year, it seems like he may be starting to regain the form that makes him one of the top centres in the game on his day.

They've all had a run. Shannon Walker went to play Union sevens last I heard. Last I saw him was playing Q-Cup a few years ago where he looked injured and low on confidence.

Greg Waddell would have only been 16 when this list was released. Such a shame he has been ruined by injuries.
