Worst Dunk Contest Performances ever

Sifting through you-tube and found this jem of a clip. Goes for about 1min 30 sec. The first 4 aren't that bad, but it's Number 1 that really is the stuff of Legends. Actually brought me to tears.

Dwight Howards superman one wasn't a dunk at all. It deserved to be in there. The whole contest is rigged.

there's nothing left for them to do

there is pretty much nothing they can do that will wow the crowd anymore

rudy fernandez, for example, had the commentators like "eh" after his dunk and i was the same ... maybe because it took so long, but still, in 2009 you can't be shocked

10 years ago, that would have been a contest winner

and you talk about rigged, the first year that nate robinson won, that was rigged for sure

Rudy Fernandez's dunk was by far the most entertaining. Even though it took soo long, the finished product was great. Definitely a 50 if he made it within the first few shots.

Have the rules changed on the dunk comp? I remember when Nate Robinson won for the first time it took him 5 minutes to land a dunk and it still got a 50, so I don't think they get marked down for how long it takes.

That is so true, if my memory serves me correctly, didn't one of the judges change his score so that Nate would win?
