Worst Individual Origin Performance

After Minichiello's efforts, I was hoping someone could point out a more inept performance by an individual on the biggest stage of rugby league.

Obviously Kimmorley's passing the ball to Bowen for the win will garner a few votes, but up to that point he wasn't having a bad game (at least not 6 dropped balls bad).

Jason Moodie should never have been picked, had a nothing game and then missed a tackle on Jane Carlaw to lose the game with under a minute to go.

Obviously Morris' game one heroics to help Yow Yeh have the easiest introduction to Origin ever.

Unsurprisingly I can only think of crap NSW performances... f*ck we're rubbish

Mark Gasniers efforts in defence against Greg Inglis in Game 2 in 08.

The merkin left a 20m gap between him and his winger Steve Turner all game and Turner cops all the blame for it and spaznier is still getting picked.

I see you Hodges (and I was at that game live and can attest to it being a SHOCKER) but raise you Adrian Brunker.

QLD still won after that Hodges shocker, Brunker literally lost us the game by a mile.

I've noticed on the side poll that most people think Minichiello's performance had the biggest bearing on the game. Sure he had a massive stuff in Yow Yeh's try but the game and result were beyond doubt at that stage at 18-0? He dropped a ball or two before that but it wasnt him who lost us the game

That's right.

It was clearly Mitchell pearce, the true winner of this thread.

Or nsw selectors 2006-2010

There is some truth in that, although Turner was still rubbish.

The bearded gimmick, 'Wolfman' Williams for mine. Was woeful.

BHP, is that you?

wow you really think im extremely bigoted don't you?

Mini and Pearce had terrible games.. probably two of the worst on the paddock, but to say that their performances caused the series to be lost is just plain dumb
