Worst Song of All Time

A while ago, I started a thread about the best songs of all time.

Now, time to look at the other side of the coin. What is the worst song you have ever heard? Multiple entries welcomed.

Spice Girls - The lady is a vamp (woeful attempt at Sinatra cover)
Steps - 5,6,7,8
Dixie Chicks - Wide Open Spaces (can't stand lead singer)
Bon Jovi - anything really (macho rock doesn't do it for me)
Hunters and Collectors - The Slab (excrutiating neo-punk ditty that does them no justice. The black sheep of the H&C repetoire)
Nikki Webster - anything
Aaron Carter - anything
Avril Lavigne - anything
Lou Bega - Mambo Number Five (remember him?)
Aqua - anything
Midnight Oil - Helps Me Helps You (Peter Garrett meets country music - watch out!)

Let's hear it! Get all the angst out of your system!

Bomber, define Macho Rock? Bon Jovi's songs certainly don't fall into that category they just sing great music. Their older stuff are classics. Livin on a prayer, Wanted dead or alive, Lay your hands on me among many others are bloody awesome songs.

My list:
Put down that stubbie: Midnight Oil/Austen Tayshus
Read About it: Midnight Oil
Short Memory: Midnight Oil
Anything by the RHCP. So repetetive because of Triple M.
Agadoo: Black Lace

Watch out Bomber, Legend will have you for that Bon Jovi comment!! ;)

These desrve a mention:

The Reynolds Girls - I'd Rather Jack (horrendous SAW 80's production line pop. I'd rather jack off with a sandpaper lined glove than listen to this)
Billy Ray Cyrus - Achy Breaky Heart (If you like this, you probably call your sister "mom")
Mr Blobby - Mr Blobby (Noel Edmonds should be hung for this abomination, in fact he should be hung anyway)
Spice Girls - Wannabe (they only improved from here, but always sucked a fat one)
Vengaboys - We're Going to Ibiza! (If only it was "We're Going to the Gas Chamber"- they deserved it for ths tripe)
Avril Lavigne - Sk8r Boi (Canadians can't sing OR spell, obviously)
Brian Adams - Summer of '69 (Cheesy shite that unfortunately has nothing to do with mutual oral shennanigans (as ifa geek like Adams ever got any before he was famous!))
Bros -Drop the Boy(puerile drivel from a pair of pubescent Hitler Youth posterboys)
Various Artists -We are the World (I know it wasfor a good cause but did they have to insultour good taste with this cheesy, sentimental pile of shit?)
Michael Jackson - Heal the World (If co-writing the above with Lionel Ritchie wasn't bad enough (yes Michael, we know it was you!) he also released this equally nauseating peice of tripe on his "Dangerous" (to what? small boys?) album. f**k off Michael, your not some sort of saint or saviour, you're just a kiddy fiddler with a plastic surgery fixation.

The worst song for I ever heard was 'Ebony and Ivory' by Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson.
Everything about it... the tune, the lyrics, the idea and the videowas all crap.

Anything from Celine Dion is crap as well.

Vanilla Ice - Ice Ice Baby (f**king terrible)

Julio Iglesias & Willie Nelson - To All The Girls I've Loved Before (Willie was bad enough on his own, why make it worse by bringing in Julio?)
Enya - Anything Celine Dion - Anything Mariah Carey - Anything Whitney Houston - That shit song from the shit movie The Bodyguard East 17 - It'sAlright (If you liked this shit you need a bullet) Jacko - I'm An Individual (No, you're f**king idiot!) Heart - All I Wanna Do Is Make Love To You (Bullshit!! You just wanted to f**k him, keep his kid and then sing (I use that term loosely) about it) That will do for now. Gotta Bolt.

Brian Adams - Can't stop this thing we've started
Rolf Harris - Stairway to Heaven
Gerri Halliwell - It's Raining Men

Rg, me and a few mates have a cd that we have made to sing when we are drunk, and that proclaimers song is on it, its awesome!

While i love Pearl Jam, they have put out a few shockers. Last Kiss stands out for me and the first 3 songs off Binaural

RHCP are brilliant Legend!

Worst Song - The song about cake in the rain. Stupid

Whitney Houston - That shit song from the shit movie The Bodyguard

you beat me to it

I go off - Dianah Ah Naid

any song by a wanna-be punk/pop band

nookie - limp bizkit (everything they do sucks but this song has to go down as the worst)

The chiles still have plenty of good songs that are yet to be destroyed by triple M - I've never heard them touch anything releasedbefore blood sugar sex magic

True Brook but everything since then has been routinely massacred.

Moffo, RHCP are dull. All their music sounds the same these days. If you want real RHCP, hire the movie Tough Guys with Kirk Douglas and Burt Lancaster. They make a cameo in that movie.

Depends on your tastes Leg, i rate Californication as one of the better albums of the past 10 years

I did it all for the nookie
The nookie!
The Nookie!
So you can get that 'ummmm'
And stick it up your 'yeh'
stick it up your 'yyeh'

rock on!

That 'cause i got high' song is annoying as well

Isn't it 'so you can take that cookie'?

and Legend I do tend to agree, I still love blood sugar but the album of theirs I listen to most nowadays would be mothers milk - the radio stations routinely ignore it and its got some of their best songs imo
