He's not completely useless. There are jjobs at a club he could do. But he's not a head coach. Gould f**ked up big time hiring him and spent the past 2 years trying to help make up for his shortcomings rather than admit he f**ked up.

Hook refused his help. Yet Gus still wanted to make it work. Not for Hooks sake though. Only to stop the media circus and everyone realising he f**ked up.
