Yeah it was like the Henry Perenara "No Try" vs the Sharks. Billy Harrigan was on NRL on Fox that week saying it should've been a try because it's perfectly acceptable to promote the ball if the momentum of the tackle is going to take you into the in goal anyways, which it did with Coopers try. The right decision was made, it was a try.

Great game and with an unbiased opinion, the Dragons deserved the win there were quite a few missed calls by the ref but the 40/20 by the touch judge was the worst. I still sorta had the feeling that he had a second attempt with that last try he was pushing himself with the other hand while promoting the ball. If that was a try there have been 2 or 3 others this year very similar that were ruled double movements.

Yes I thought it was a double movement myself, based on the decision in the Wests Tigers V Bulldogs game where your bloke finished in the same position as the dragons dude today.

Speaking as a Roosters fan the crucial play was Minichiello's and Walker's f**k up right before half time and letting Cooper score that try. Without that stupid blunder, The Saints do't win. Well, whatever, great game, grat crowd, Rugby League is doing awesome at the moment.

There is no way that last try was a double movement his body clearly
was still in motion as he went over the line.

Last year's was the best game all season.

Round 10 2004. Knights defeat Broncos 17-16. Best Non finals game in NRL history mate. ;-)

Best non finals game in NRL history?
Get ya hand off it R&BK
Not only was it not the best of NRL history but it wasnt even the best of the season.

Mate voted by Big league magazine. Round elevens issue last year. @ you.
or these days not so
Crowds yesterday?

A team winless after 6 rounds pulls 18,300 in.

Yet your team traveeling well could only manage 13,000.

yea except our crowds have always dwelled around 13-15k
so your arguement is mute.

Voted best non NRL game ever? Hah probably the same way johns gets the proven summons award all the time, cause half of newcastle vote 50 times each. Maybe of that season at a streatch, no way known to world is was the best of all NRL time

 You are such an idiot. The old Johns and Newcastle is the god of any voting involved in Rugby League. Was voted by the staff of Big League.

You obviously didn't watch the game did you?

The Ref was absolutely appauling...The 10 meteres particularly in the second half was non existant. There was Crocker getting laid all over and then mauled to lose the ball and saints get the scrum. there was a time deep in attack when Webb Got up to play the ball and Cooper or someonbe going into dummy half knocked his arm with the knee. ref called it a Knock on, when it was dummy half interference. Theref had a shocker and along with Easts inability to cath the football, was the factor that kept the Dragons in the game. To be fair he got calls wrong fro both sides, but the second half he gave saints about 5 metres not 10. Doesnt matter we didnt want to beat Saints today anyway.
