It's official. Endevour, the owners of the UFC, have bought the WWE (edit: price not disclosed).

For the time being, WWE will stay essentially the same. Current shareholders will own 49% of the new company, while Endevour will own 51%. Vince McMahon will remain Chairman.

I think the big one will be PPV returning. That model has worked so well for the UFC so I'm sure that'll be one of the first things they explore to get the money back asap.
