I could see A triple threat match between Batista Undertaker and Orton at Summerslam. Taker will win at the Bash then have his match at Summerslam then Orton demands to be in the match because he has issues with both men and match is made a triple threat

That would work out, because neither Batista or Undertaker is capable of working a decent match these days without a solid worker to carry it. Orton would be that worker

No, he hasn't. It was technically a guarantee of a match for the World Heavyweight Championship, which has since moved to Smackdown with Batista. I'll be mightily pissed off if it suddenly becomes a guranteed title shot on either show.

All seem likely, except perhaps RVD returning in time to contest the IC title. Do you know something we don't know?

I'd expect to see Brock Lesnar (should his contract be decided) become involved in the Batista vs. JBL match as a monster heel. Either during (less likely) or after (more likely, as it means they'll feud over the title).
