Seeing as the game is based on when the nWo entered the WWE it would be Hogan/Nash/Hall.

The WWE run really fizzled because of injury (Nash) alcohol (Hall) and a face turn (Hogan)

Others who joined the nWo around that time before it was disbanded were X-Pac, HBK, Booker T (who got kicked out again soon afterwards) and Big Show.
