10:00-10:30 suits me as I've got Baseball at 12:30 in any case.

Actually scrap that my game is now on at 10am. So i'm sweet for regular time.

My game goes for 2 hours..so I'll probably miss it. But i'll try pre-rank players.

Hey McLovin, how long will the draft take, i did the mock draft the other night to see how it works.

The draft will take about an hour.

Depends on how many no-shows there are. 12 rounds with say 6 no shows and you're looking at 72 minutes just for those no-shows to do their picks (1 minute per pick). Then the other 6 people might take on average 30 seconds over the twelve rounds so that's 36 minutes. I'd say it will be at least an hour but closer to 90 minutes.

That's why it's important as many as possible make the draft (or the first 8-10 rounds).

FTR - 10.30 works better but 11.30 is fine also.

Teams that are on auto-pick take 10 seconds per pick, not 1 minute.

Either way I think i'm missing it.

10:30 am its mid game, 11:30 am and i'm pretty much near the end of the game at Janalli.

So I think that I'll be pre-ranking and hoping for the best.

I've been in 5 yahoo 12 team mock drafts this year with 6+ no shows in each one...Took no longer than 45 minutes each. I'd say with the interest shown in this years comp, we'd breeze through this one in about 25 minutes even with the expected 2 or 3 no shows (10 seconds each)...

I'll change the draft time to 10:30 now...

I'd assume we'd follow the normal yahoo thing; i.e. knowing an hour before the draft starts

I've got pretty low expectations on my draft quality. It's starting about 3 hours before i usually wake up on a Sunday and i'll most probably be hungover/still wasted...
