O'Donnell's good year was just as good as Kite's good year.

O'Donnell didnt play SOO, and Kite did becuase:

1. Kite plays for St George. O'Donnell played for Wests Tigers. You look a hell of a lot better with Ryles, Bailey, Timmins and Thompson around you than Wilson, Wozniak and Trindall.

2. Injuries. At the start of this SOO series, there were several injuries in the prop department, allowing Kite to get a place. These included Joel Clinton, Luke Bailey and Jason Ryles.

Errr,well we didnt have much money before.Now we have money,we are still easybeats and p[layers who come here dont rep.

So if you were say..... Joel Monaghan,would you go to the Roosters for 200k,where you can shine in a gun team and play under the NSW coach,and be assured of playing in the semis,or go to the Wests Tigers for 250,lose more games than you win,and not be a chance for semis and/or repping.

I wouldnt blame anyone for not coming here at all,even if we pay well over the odds.

So this would be a never ending cycle untill we get a SOO coach or we start making the finals, or our juniors develop into top players. Right? Or does it have to do with the board and the CEO? To get out of this never ending cycle what do we do?

the tigers have never had the money to buy players even during the good years (late 80's, early 90's the team was made up of "juniors" we didn't try and buy premierships maybe we should of.. I dont see anything wrong now with the tigers and hope that the players see us in the same light..
