Now that Manu has left he is suddenly lazy. Maybe Sheens couldn't get him to play well enough. Like I said I would have Wagon over Graham any day. Don't forget Wagon is a utilty player. Lock, five-eight (a pretty poor one) and centre.

Good God.

Manu has always been a lazy trainer.

Yeah go to bed after kicking your son - he is about the only one you can beat. By the way did u just give following football until the Wests Tigers came about or did u go for the Magpies when u jumped ship. If your true you stay no matter what. Mate I live in Brisbane does that mean I must go for the Broncos. You are a clown. DO I give a stuff about u, not likely. Go to bed and get Mommy to tell u everything is alright and the Tigers will be good this year. I can hear now Mummy, Mummy these nasty people were teasing me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL

You're useless at discussing League and even more useless at flaming. You've been on the planet less time than I followed Parramatta. You should have been a stain on your Mother's cardigan.

Now, in order to get some sense, I'll put it bluntly, you've got nothing. You have no idea what you're talking about and when your points have been shown up to be crap, all you can do is whine.

When does School go back Boy?

Eelementary, I'll let Simon speak for himself with you as you deserve respect and I'm sure Simon will give it.

Thanks again for that Bob O'Reilly info, it helped with an F7's article I wrote.

Hey old man, every argument you put up about your players I have shot down. As I pointed out 4 of the 5 teams your mentioned Nick Graham would not start and I had already pointed out that Cronulla would have him in their side so I gave u that one. Your knowledge leaves a lot to be desired. Thank God you don't support the Eels anymore not that your really did u turncoat because we hate supporters like u. When you can debate properly on rugby league we should talk. If you r such a fan of the Tigers then y did you make out that Chris Heighington was a front rower - wrong. He is 98kg is his preferred position is lock. Laffranchi is more of a 2nd rower so your 5 into 2 now becomes 3 into 2. That front looks skinner and skinner every time I think about. Mate whining is what I good at but it looks like I have shot u down again old fella. Keep up the good banter.

Hodgo cost us 220k,quite reasonable for a player with SOO and GF experience. You didnt what him we did, thank you very much.

I dont see that Payten as reserve grade standard at all.I rate him very highly. He looked sharp at the Roosters and has added to considerable size in the off season.

I dont see why Graham cant play in the second row,my mail is that he will.I rate him as well, very clever with the ball and a good tackler to boot.

I see where you are coming from about our front row.Aside from Payten and Skandalis, the cupboards look bare.We will be relying on a group of big youngsters to take the step up next year......Laffranchi,Patterson,Gibbs and co.Watch out for these guys, they could go very well.

And you may bag out Prince, but if you remember is form at the Cowboys and when he did play for the Broncos it was first class. He is a very clever player and has impressed at training with his array of skills.

On predictions,Im not predicting anything till I see them play, but I think that we have a far better squad than last year(especially in the halves) and should improve on last year, how much, well that is the big question.

4 out of 5?

You're conveniently forgetting about the team he is going to play for the FACT that Wayne Bennett wanted him and that Souths would sign anyone with any talent. In fact they'd probably sign gooses like Craig Field. To suggest that they wouldn't want Graham is bordering on insanity. But would Graham want to go to Souths?

There is a difference.

Once again, never let the facts get in the way.

Well, I'll have trouble sleeping at night now. That's just cruelled it for me.

We're having a debate, you're just using nothing to back up what you're saying.

This is the way you debate:

I'm right because I said so.

So you're an expert of the Tigers now? You've seen Heighnington over the off season? What about Gibbs, your opinion on him?

This isn't a good banter, it's a fish shoot, and you're in the barrel.

I'll rehash a few of your "statements" that have been shot down.

"Nick Graham, sacked from the Sharks because he offers nothing."

"Senter is not a good 2nd rower he is too small. Same for Galea, both those players will be vying for hooker. "

"Wagon is twice the player Nick Graham would ever be."

"As for Terry Hill he played the last half of last season at lock for the Tigers and he was your best player"

"I am calling them soft because they let 5 fowrards go and signed 1 foward in Payten. "

"Nick Graham has more skill than Wagon? Jake,Wagon does the dirty stuff. 35 tackles a game putting his body on the line. "

"Now that Manu has left he is suddenly lazy."

"Mate whining is what I good at but it looks like I have shot u down again old fella"

At least you got the first part of the last sentence right. Even though it's written in babble. I think I've been remarkable civil in this conversation and you're making me think well of Parramatt.

Hodgo was offered 150k by the Eels and in todays climate (what with the salary cap and all) it was quite warranted given the injuries he has suffered since 2001. He was a good player in 2001 and if he can escape the injuries will be again. However it is a big gamble on that sort of money if he doesn't come right.

Graham would be wasted in the second row. Probably a bit big for 5/8 however he probably will play a similar position in attack as he did in the past at the Sharks. Sheen has a real quandary on his hand on where to play Galea, Graham and Sattler which will only get worse should some of the younger blokes make a big push for firsts - Liam Fulton in particular.

Prince has the makings of a good player however his leg - which has been broken twice in the same spot may be the only thing that will hold him back.

The new signings of the Tigers will only enhance the side however the cloud that hangs over them is that in the past two years Hodgson, Richards, Prince, Elford and Reynolds have missed quite a deal of football out injured. If the new recruits can make it through without spending a lengthy time on the sideline the Tigers will be competitive.

The long term future of the club and Benji in particular will hinge greatly on the halves combination of Reynolds, Prince and the two other playmakers in Graham and Sattler making an impact early. If they can keep the Tigers competitive it will give Sheens the time that Marshall needs to develop his game and cope with the week in week out rigours of first grade. Realistically at least half a season in reserves would do the kid wonders seeing how little football he has played in the previous two years.

Cant really argue with that Colonel. One point,Prince has brokem both his legs, not the one in the same spot,so I think that is a little better. If it was the same one I would be very worried.I still am a bit concerned, but he is class.A lot of our new guys have had injury worries,a very salient point, just have to wait and see.

Dont forget Mick O Neill in that backrow,he will be there,my guess will be Galea will be on the bench.

I think Payten will give us more grunt up front, and free Skandalis up who has taken on packs by himself. And watch out for our new guns.....Farah,Marshall,Halatau,Viane.....not big names, but you will know them by the end of the year IMHO.

Oh and before I forget,Id take Graham over Wagon any day.Ive noticed he drops off too many tackles for a lock.A lock must be your best defender,he misses too many.Especially close to the line. You guys would be better off playing Hopkins there,he is willing to put the body on the line, and is creative too.You need that.

So if u have seen Heighington over off season how big is he? Where has Senter played most his career with the Tigers - oh that's right hooker. And if Sheens goes out and buys Sattler and Nick Graham, lets say 1 plays lock and the other 2nd row where does that leave Galea? Graham and Triester were sacked by Anderson. They were dumped to reserve grade and spat the dummy. Even SimonSays can see what I am saying about the Tigers front row but don't let anyone tell u differently because you know everything right. Manu is one of the players that could be anything - maybe he will make maybe he won't time will tell. As for Gibbs nah don't know anything about him. Future superstar from the Tigers. Lets see how good u rate your side. Please name your top 17 players from 1 - 17. Then we will see where all these great signing will be. If you can't think of them ask your coffee cup for help or ring speak to mummy.

This is just going back over things I've already given you the answers to. Give me your address and I'll send you my glasses so you can read them.

Unfortunately, I can't send you any brains, so you'll have to try and understand them using that fractured grey matter you're using now. I could go to the butcher and get you some calf brains, they'd help, but I'm lazy, like Manu.

Passion runs wherever your mates r by the looks of things. All because you don't live in the same area doesn't mean u don't have to support them. How many people live interstate and r die in the wool eels supporters. People in Townsville, Brisbane there are plenty of real eels supporters in those areas. At the end of the day support who u like, like I said I don't give a rats.

See u can't give any facts. How big is Heighington since the off season? Name your best 17. Looks like u can't even do that. You r a clown. Put your make up on, red nose and starting twisting ballons cause u know nothing turncoast.

Surely we can debate this topic, which I find very interesting without getting nasty.........

I think its interesting to hear what opposition supporters think of our strengths and weaknesses,Im hoping you feel the same.

We will have to see on Graham next year, but all I can say is that whenever we played Cronulla,he was always a danger on the blindside(especially close to the line)and didnt miss tackles. He will hopefully do the same for us.

Ill put my top 17 in,remembering that this isnt necessarily the team I would pick, but a mixture of who I like and who Sheens will pick.
Hodgson
Richards
Wilson
Halatau
Covell
Fitzhenry
Prince
Sattler
Graham
O Neill
Skandalis
Senter
Payten
Reserves........Marshall,Laffranchi,Elford,Galea.

Nah, take a hike you snot nosed little dwarf. Nothing you've said gives you any credibility, you were just pissed off that someone had the hide to question your team's buying so rather than answer that you tried to decry his team's purchases. And you did nothing of the sort.

Isn't it time for you mid-morning nap?

Pretty predictable side Simon. Small on the bench though. Can't see Sattler being replaced during the game he is a 80 minute player, the same might be said for Graham. Have u picked Elford as a back or forward? You will struggle for experience in the backline though. But give the players time and maybe in 2 or more years the Tigers might roar again.

Simon, I tend to agree with your 17, but Farah will be Hooker fairly quickly and Reynolds maybe for Prince initally. I guess we'll see where Sheens is heading in our first trial.

I'm glad Simon could name his best 17 but where were u? Missing in action again. I am still waiting for my answer on Heighington everlastin. You won't answer because u know I am right. He is a backrower not a front rower. Jeez u must a big rap on Prince to start Renyolds over him, just shows your knowledge once again.
