Parramatta.

Was leaning towards Storm or Broncos, but since we added
Tonga to the list, I will give them 1 more year.

I'm leaving the right centre spot blank... unfortunately until Loko learns to pass left to right he shouldn't be playing right centre. And Willie is a left centre and he should be played in his best position.

1 Hayne - I'm predicting a massive year next year.

2 Burt - could be under preasure to hold his spot with Morgs, Jordo and Sio applying some preasure.
3 E Tonga - only a young and will be a better player under this envioronment.
4 W Tonga - will add experiance and strike power.
5 Loko - have been told that he'll ready by round 1, will be a better player for the experiance he had this year.
6 Roberts - is due for a change of clubs and probably the tonic needed to improve his form.
7 Sandow - potentially the best signing since Cronin in 1976.
8 Mannah - will provide value and starch as normal.
9 Keating - important year for Keats as he'll probably be part of the best spine in years, could work wonders for him.
10 Fuifui - getting better with age and I'm not expecting him to slow down next year.
11 Hindy - I'm hoping his form doesn't slipp as he'll be a year older but has too much self pride to let it happen.
12 Smith -the sooner he goes back to the forwards the better.
13 Reni - will be better for the run he had this year, I think he's got at least 3 years left at this level.

14 Maguire - will def be his last year and should only be used off the bench where his most valuble.
15 Horo - needsw some consistancy but potentially could still be rep material
16 Poore - will have a big year to make up for this one.
17 Allgood - he's the sort of played i wished Cordoba was, getting better and better and could be one of the best props in the game in a couple of years.

other candidates.

Atkins
Sio
Brien
Paulo
Shackleton

Roberts is a five eight not a hooker. What are they going to do after 40min sub hayne. Come on hayne has to go back to full back

Ben Roberts is a John Morris clone.... good at a few positions as opposed to one specific one. We want to push for the eight we are more dangerous with Hayne and Sandow in our halves, IMO, than with Roberts filling the 5/8 role.

No disrespect to Morris but Roberts is 5 times the player he was and he took us to a minor premiership with Smith.

For me Roberts strengths are his short kicking and passing game rather then being a nippy quick player out of dumby half. For that reason I don't think he will be overly successful in 40min stints off the bench. For me 1.Hayne, 6.Roberts 7.Sandow is a must if we are going to beat top 4 teams.

I don't know if we're better off with Hayne in the halves... but I definately agree Ben Roberts is a John Morris clone. Then you never know, somehow we won a minor premiership with John Morris playing 5'8th.

What are all these positions you reckon he's good at?

He's a specialist left-side playmaker (five-eighth). That's where he's played all his games for the Dogs this year, with Kris Keating being shifted around to hooker and halfback.

Represented NZ as a utility player and has played at hooker, halfback and 5/8 in his time at the Bulldogs. Has even lined up at fullback. Hasn't nailed down one position in his time in first grade. He is a utility player rather than a specialist.
