Thats why I put the question mark, because without doubt, the most inform players for the panthers have all missed plenty of games. Lachlan Coote, Luke Lewis and Michael Gordon all were my top 3, but have missed many games

Rookie of the Year is easily Jack Reed

Player of the year is hard but I'll say Peter Wallace at this stage, closely followed by Lockyer, Thaiday, Parker, Hoffman and Yow Yeah.

My reasoning for Wallace is simple to, why has Lockyer been able to inject himself at will? Who has been leading the team around the park so Lockyer can conserve his energy? Who has stepped up when Lockyer has gone off? The answer t all is Peter Wallace. If Wallace wasn't having the good year he has been, Lockyer wouldn't be playing as well, wouldn't have as much space and time, or energy really. Lockyer has been turning back the clock winning us games when it matters, Wallace has been doing the work to enable him to though.

POTY is easily House IMO. After having a year off footy, he hasnt looked out of place at all. Needed only a game and a half to get back up to speed, and has been 70min nearly every game since. Naiqama has shown real improvement too, but the injury hurt his chances.

Buy of the year is House again, if he qualifies. If not we really havent got much to cheer about. Costigan wins by default seeing Henry was a huge dissappointment. Kaufusi (Mid 2010) has been decent the last two months, but I think its not a coincidence the good form coincided with contract negotiations.

Rookie of the year is Edwards without a doubt if he qualifies (4 games in 2010 I think). If not, its Stig, Tetevano, MataUtai, Roberts, Filipo in that order. Stig gets the nod as he has had the most FG footy out of the group, But each has been impressive in their time in the top grade.

DCE would be ROTY for Manly

Agree with Reed.......

Rookie of the year - Jack Reed
Player of the year - Sam Thaiday or Corey Parker.......take your pick. Both deserve it.

Alex Glenn a close runner up with Locky.

I reckon Parker is the most consistent player in the NRL. Top notch goalkicker as well. Needs to lose the ratty but.

Foran, clearly, as he is in with a shot at player of the year. Glenn Stewart runner up. DCE rookie and probably 3rd too. Its great that out of the top 3 rookies we’ve seen this year Manly has two of them (for now), with the third being Sims.

Warriors:
Maloney by a landslide.
Johnson just over Taylor - assuming he goes well through the remaining games.
