Hayne was a standout but how can he be daylight ahead of the next player.

Tim Mannah had an outstanding year in the forwards and deserved his spot in Origin. Was our best forward by a mile.

Hard to say who was the 3rd best player, Hindmarsh was good as always. But Ben Smith stepped up and played well in the forwards. Also Justin Horo did really well in his first year.

1. Hayne
2. Moi Moi
3. Mannah/Poore

I know Fui wasn't as devastating as he was last year - but my goodness he's a devastating runner of the ball even in a bad year!

Needs to cut the 'dropsies' for next year though.

Hayne - our main man.

Mannah - as I predicted, became a world class frontrower.

Hindy - need I explain?

hounrable mentions go to Ben Smith, Justin Horo and Luke Burt

Wasn't I arguing with you about this 2 years ago? And you were saying we should've kept John Mannah instead of Tim

At least you learned to mind your Mannahs (could that be any lamer.... )

1. Jarryd Hayne - pretty obvious.
2. Tim Mannah - one of the best young props all year.
3. Nathan Hindmarsh - also obvious.

Honourable Mentions:
Ben Smith - has been great for us this year,
Justin Horo - one of the top 5 rookies of the year IMO,
Justin Poore - started slow but returned to his Origin form,
Luke Burt - had a brilliant early season, struggled later due to lack of decent ball and injury.

Before I look at anyone else's I'm going to say ...

1. Hayne
2. Smith
3. Hindmarsh

Mannah and Moimoi were also in the running, for mine, and could arguably be included at the expensive of either of the secondrowers. I'll stand behind my original ranking, though.

1. Hayne (His playmaking has improved enormously throughout the year)
2. Mannah (Can't remember him not making some sort of impact off the bench)
3. Horo (Was outstanding for his first year)
