6. Paul Davis (fattest 5/8th of all time)
7. Jason Small
8. Kyle White

I'd put Andy Platt in over Matt Jobson.
How much did we pay for him? Jeebus he was bad.
Murphy played pretty well in 02, Oudenryan was just as bad.

All right I give in. This is just guys who played First Grade for the Magpies in 99. Some were unlucky and got called up way before they were ready, some

1. Luke Goodwin
2. David Buko
3. Travis Baker
4. Justin Brooker
5. Barry Davis
6. Chris Marland
7. Leo Dynevor
8. Tevita Amone
9. Trent Brown
10. Brenton Pomery
11. Adam Bristow
12. Lincoln Raudonikis
13. Scott Coxon

14. Chris Yates
15. Dayle Bonner
16. Paul Jeffries
17. Shayne Moseley

The scary things is there are many more I could have picked, but didn't because they might have played a good game for someone else once or twice, or I simply couldn't even remember them or anything they did.

I remember flashes of brilliance form Dynevor.

Penrith

1.Brett Howland
he only played their once was terrible if not him Xuereb who was solid
2.Ashley Gordon
great for newcastle 1990 exciting signing for Penrith plays crap for us
3.Pieter Muller
SA Rugby world cup winner didnt get out of reserve grade
4.Kieren Meyer
Big name signing from Brisbane barely played first grade
Beats out McGaw who was a big flop but McGaw killed Parramatta one game which he was awesome
5.Joe Dakuatoga ? :
one of penrith's big name Fijians who were the rage after Noa Nadruku
6.Kris Flint :
winner of the commenwealth bank schoolboy of the season 94
then turns into nothing
7.Daniel Russell
couldnt pass kick run tackle or organize Has nice hair beats out clinch cause Clinch could kick in General play
8.Fasuoa Afoa
Big strong but dumb and pretty ordinary
9.Darren Tuite
he was ok i just think he was called up too early to first gradebut Penrith have had so many great hookers its easily the best position theyve had for talent
10.Matt Hamilton
Played a couple of games in 1993 i think made Mark Tookey looklike a supermodel
11.Gordon Falcon
ok player at stages but would celebrate by getting sent off
and suspended for 4 matches
12.Ian McCann
signed from Balmain did nothing at all pretty mediocre
13.David Mclean
Has been in penrith's club nearly as long as Merv Cartwright
still not close to cementing a first grade spot but is solid just that he has been at penrith now for 8 years

there have been many more crap players for penrith before my time
which i couldnt write about because i ddint se them
but the rugby converts and a few others were meant to be very poor

I remember flashes of brilliance form Dynevor.
I remember 1 good pass to Kevvy. That's it. Also remember cheering once when he actually attempted the make a tackle. Went OK at the Knights though.

12. Andrew Willis (this blimp 5/8th did play backrow)
Nope you've mixed him up with the winger Darren who played a couple of games in the back row before he retired. And don't call our SG Ball coach a blimp k? ;-)

Pretty much go along with that mate. I'd have Lee Oudenryn on the bench.

jason death for hooker.

If you want to do it the easy way just put the whole 1982 side with the exceptions of Grant and O'sullivan.

Full credit to Ian McCann for making it into 2 teams ... and showing his versatility by being as shit in the back row as he was in the centres. Good for 3 drops a game and made Sam Burgess look like he had the hands of a surgeon.

This thread should have legs and a whole new generation of player can be included.
