Jesus, the hate for lomax & disdain for his performances is pathetic. Toxic fans.
Which is why coaches tell their players to give social media away completely. Problem is their friends and families do read the comments and can and do influence them. I know of a (non-Dragons) player who left a team with no intention of ever returning partly because of it. Petty? I don't know but I sometimes shake my head at the viciousness towards players.

Who is and where is the hating and disdain for his performances?.
Are you sure you are not blowing talking points out of proportion

You can read this & numerous threads to figure it out. There's a difference between discussing talking points & intentionally making things up. I'm sure I'm not blowing talking points out of proportion. Have a look at your own posts..." I would rank his performance 4th out of back 5 just in front of Chrichton who was quieter." This is after kicking clutch goals & making clutch plays.

So what is wrong with my post. Your intentionally making things up using my post to vent frustration. Read my post again. Where is the hate, disdain and what has been intentionally made up?

I have been a Zac fan for years on here and I wanted him and thought he is a boom centre. Proved me and many others wrong by improving our side playing on the wing. Good move coach and Zac.
And Ill stand by he is not near the best winger in the game in my opinion because he is a good catcher in the way the media talk him up.

But since you had to quote my words which is only my take on one game...Ill go on
Fair enough I exclude goal kicking but that his role where goal kicking alone does not earn you MOM.
He was good. Everyone in NSW was good. It was close. I ranked him 4th overall for impact out the back 5 based in a good side who all had clutch plays on what they did in general play and I stand by it.

Edwards got MOM. I then thought Best and Too were more dangerous with and without the ball and also had clutch defensive and attacking plays.

So you ranked him higher. Fine. End of story. Your rant and calling out my post to justify it was blowing it out of proportion as I said and sook like.

The sliding door moment regarding Lomax?

Looks like the blame is on Corey Allan -

I believe that the man has made a massive mistake , it appears that his decision was made rather too abruptly .

However only time will tell , but one thing for sure is that it will take Ryles a season to sort out his team , to have them playing the type of footy that will reap the best dividends .

Meanwhile Lomax will need to bide his time for that period .

Imagine if Ryles says no to his boxing :)

Once he leaves at the end of the season he becomes just another ex Dragon as far as I'm concerned. Couldn't care less if his career becomes a car crash. Very much enjoying watching Parra crumble at the moment.

Agree tbh im hoping his peak has passed and it will be exposed a bit next year.. it'll make me feel better.. plus I want the eels to struggle.. next year is going to be brutal, I think a lot of struggling sides will improve like souths, broncs, eels, titans, warriors, maybe even tigers.... which will make our year very challenging.

Lomaxes weak spots are his lack of pace and acceleration... i.e. he's never going to be an elite finisher... but.. with all the short-kickoffs and having moses to bomb to him.. there is no doubt his aerial skills will always make him valuable... plus his work ethic is immense.. cant fault that.

I wonder how much of Zac's decision was around Moses being the half? If Moses leaves, Parra the will struggle big time.

Moses can ask for some tips off Zac on how to get out of contracts. Best time to strike is when a new coach comes in I suppose. The new coach would hate to have an unsettled player especially a rookie. Flanno is a premiership winning coach which had something for him to lean on when talking to Hunt last year whereas Ryles has won nothing and if Moses is keen to go can really unsettle his first season as coach.

Good to see Hooper calling Parra a basket case now and laying off the poor Dragons and Tigers for once.

Yep Hoops needs someone to go at.. another story this week which was ridiculous is him riding Flanno as having an axe to grind against the Dogs.. ffs the stuff they just make up for a story... Flanno hasnt said a word about the dogs.. and he handled himself well today, if there is a club he has feelings around its obviously cronulla.

And yeah I think Lomax will rly enjoy having Moses to kick, not just the short ones, but the long ones also where Lomax can pressure the catcher.

Penrith came from behind with a withering run of tries in the last 6 minutes to down the Eels who were 14 ahead. The Panthers can certainly turn it on when needed even with 12 on the field with Liam Martin in the sin bin. Poor Parra and Lomax going there won't make a difference.
