Happiness is exhausting to maintain forever.

Contentment, that's where it's at. High and lows but generally content.

I wish I could stay at contentment. Trouble is, I get really excited about things. That opens me up to being very disappointed when they don't work out. I'm also an over thinker, and I analyse everything. I don't want to, it's just me. I use common sense most of the time, so that takes away a lot of positivity, because I don't like sugar coating anything, even for myself.

Gosh ,I'm alot older than you guys so I can let you in on a secret Im learning.

Happiness is not about living "the plan" .It's not about minimising regrets oflr living for the moment either.

I've found its more about letting go of the expectations and appreciating what's actually happening to you and what's happening around you.
Each new years eve I sit and think about all the experiences I had that taught me so much .Some were planned...most were not.
Some were good ..some didn't seem that way at the time. But the joy is in knowing that im still here, still learning ,and still loving.

This new years eve i get to imagine what my first granddaughter will look like when she's born on the other side of the workd early in 2014.
When i was your age Dani,i couldn't even think about being a mother.

Thats life guys :)

I love reminiscing about the past. But if it starts getting me down you just have to think about what you can be thankful for right now.

Could be as simple as appreciating someone being in your life.

Always have to thank God for your current situation I believe.

If God is to thank for my current situation, I've been jipped.

I loved bumping people off me like they were made of paper. I tried to model my game on a young Fuifui Moimoi and Adrian Morley hybrid, and I was successful (except I didn't have their size; I'm only 183cm and I played at 115kg).

 How is that not having their size? Neither of those blokes was 115kg....Fui isn't 183cm either. 115kg is a big prop by anyone's standards.
