My predications for the 2004/05 Serie A (feel free to use this thread to make predications for whatever domestic competitions in the world):

1-Inter Milan
2-AS Roma
3-AC Milan
4-Juventus
5-Lazio
6-Parma
7-Udinese
8-Sampdoria
9-Chievo Verona
10-Fiorentina
11-Lecce
12-Siena
13-Brescia
14-Reggina
15-Bolonga
16-Atalanta
17-Palermo
18-Livorno
19-Cagliari
20-Messina

However, in all reality Milan will probably win it (again  ). I think Fiorentina will be the surprise packet, while Palermo, Livorno, Cagliari, Messina, all promoted will go straight back down. Atalant, and Bolonga avoid the drop.

I think Brescia will miss Roberto Baggio who retired at the end of last season.

I heard that. Chelsea will win. I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever in my mind about it.

I think Bolton wont go down. They still have some good players on their books which will see them through. Certainly Palace will go down, but at this stage its hard to say who else. Probably Portsmouth will be another side in the shits

I must admit it is pretty fun with a third contender now as opposed to the Arsenal/Man Utd. battles of old...

Yeah, although the speculation on him leaving has seemed to cool somewhat this morning. But if he goes then Chelsea to first.

If Arsenal lose Viera, they are goonnneeeee!

I don't think their whole success revolves around him, say at Liverpool with Steven Gerrard or at Roma with Francesco Totti.

Take out Thierry Henry and then they up the creek without a paddle.

Viera provides the midfield stability which Henry feeds off. Unless they bought a good replacement for him, he would be a massive loss. I'd go as far to say it would severly hinder Henry's form.

They just wouldnt be the same.

All these people writing us off.

I don't think Arsenal rely on Vieira as much as they used to. Many Arsenal fans actually say they played better football last season when he was out injured. It would obviously hurt them if he did leave (and they would go from having a very small chance in the CL to having none at all), but it wouldn't be as big a loss as it would've been 2 seasons ago when he was the most important player.

Sorry Mad Dogg, I just think Roy Keane is a tool and can never like or even support Manchester Utd while he's still there. A little bit of personal vindication there, but other than that I don't mind Man Utd and all...

Until then, may they crash and burn
