It was definitely a send off. The only reason people are questioning it is the failure of referees to send players off when they had to earlier in the year.

They've got this one right, it's just that other players this year have been extremely lucky.

Only reason people are whinging is because the refs haven't had the guts to do it so far this season.

Just because they finally manned up (when they should have) doesn't mean they're wrong.

Conn and Stewart stay on yesterday both are ratbag players. Petero, Mr. Gentleman get's sent. 3 similar tackles. Except in Petero's case the Dog's player DROPPED into the tackle. I'm absolutely disgusted at the refs tonight. They have been disgraceful. Dogs player high tackle shortly after on Gordon and nothing done. Where's the consistency?

Ignoring the send off, the refs have still had a massive say in the result with that Waterhouse try being incorrectly awarded.
