Sharks Dominated the first 30mins, Brisbane finished the stronger of the teams.

Good game to watch however. Lots of hits and line breaks.

The scoreline flatters the sharks a little, with all of the early possession and the absolute rub of the green. Brisbane could grind this one out. They just need to hang onto the ball, and the trys will come.

Yes and no. Their tries themselves have been pretty average (and we should have been able to prevent them), but the lead up play was great and they were far on top.

Well Gould said the two Graham tackles were "the same" whereas they clearly weren't i.e., one hit the chin and the other didn't.

Not that I care either way.

Edit: that was at wibble

Yeah but Gould is a f**king senile, one eyed joke. An apocalyptic dingleberry of epic proportions. The US DARPA is experimenting with samples of his brain as a new type of armor to counter enriched uranium anti-tank rounds. The latest deep sea exploration vehicle to descend the Marianas Trench is made from a bio-metallic alloy grown from his f**king skull. Wolverine is having his skeleton get the Gould Upgrade Kit. Gould is so f**king dense lead floats on him.

Terrific 1st half and the 2nd should be even better. If the Sharks can maintain this intensity they'll win but I think a half time rev up from Griffin will have the Broncos fired up. Alex Glenn needs to get more involved and if Wallace can find his range with his kicks, the Broncos can get back into it.

refs blah blah...Sharks dominated early...broncos scored late with some pil.

Half time game on.

Great view.

lol at anyone saying Broncos getting all he calls. How many times have the Sharks been piggybacked up field with questionable penalties.

The Broncos hate is strong as usual and clouding peoples judgement.

Broncos have had more chances, so from that point of view Sharks should be happy. If Broncos continue to get more chances, they can easily come back and win.

Sharks were dominating in the middle, but with the bench rotation that stopped. The bench rotation in the 2nd half could make a big difference. Plus the Sharks kicks for territory are terrible.

Sharks were (being a biased Sharks fan here) pretty unlucky with a few decisions in the 2nd part of the first half, but they also had some lucky bounces for 2 of their tries (they were just lotteries that came their way, though Pomeroy showed great strength to score his try). Could have been 22 - 0 up, but could have been 4/10 to 6, so a 10 point lead is pleasing enough. Not enough to rely on though, and Broncos with that much possession in the 20 as they had at the end of the first half will probably win.

Important half coming up for the top 8, shame we can't tell much about these teams against each other come September from an Origin affected match. Its a good match, could have been great with Broncos pack, Hodges, and Gallen and Carney.

Well, the Sharks have had 3 penalties so far, which one(s) were questionable? Didn't get a legitimate try taken off you by one did you?

Sharks' 3rd try looked like a knock-on to me.

The disallowed one wasn't that surprising; he made contact with the head. People saying he ducked are clutching at straws, big time.
