The Sharks will beat all the lower performing teams but I doubt they will be that much of an impact on anyone who is a premiership contender this year.

Sharks have a lot of expectation this year. No Gibbs for round 1 and gallen, carney and Lewis won't have played a trial game.

Titans have been impressive, boast a very strong pack, more pace in the backs then Cronulla. If their young halves are upto it I see an upset on the cards here.

hard to pick this one. Plenty of new faces to gel for the sharks and a new half for the tits. Forward battle should be pretty good to watch

I think Titans will win this one. Sharks have had a few players out with injuries so I think they will take a while to gel.

Have to disagree that the Titans have a weaker squad than the Dragons.

I think it will be a close game, Sharks might just get up because they're at home.
