wheres the 80k that marched on the streets?
exactly. Where were the 80,000 ppl that marched down George Street after they were excluded from the comp? They should be their at least half-filling ANZ Stadium.

So 20k+ crowds, a 30k+ crowd, what, they were all Brisbane fans for Sydney teams were they, all made the trip down for a neutral match?
Get off your high f*cking horse.

Should be ashamed. What a disgrace. Kick the Warriors out of the comp :sarcasm:
No excuses
Where's the 80k that watched the bulldogs win the premiership a few years ago?
f**king Moron, why are we expected to half-fill Telstra stadium after a disastrous start to the season (understatement) but more successful clubs ie Bulldogs, Tigers, Eels are not?
A few years ago everyone expected Souths to draw a <10000 crowd when playing an out of town team. Souths crowd numbers reverted back to the same figures they were getting a few seasons ago where the club was putting up similar on-field performances. This shows that despite the relative on-field success of last season and the positive indicators of off-field success (memberships, sponsorships) the core fanbase has not grown.
People say ANZ stadium sux, but I sat in the upper tier once and it wasnt that bad, true, I sat down the front half, but ffs, some sydney people on here are whingers.
Um, do you really want me to post the Home Crowd Averages?
Brisbane fan yeah?
Dude, your team had trouble drawing 20k at QEII...You need a super duper stadium with room service public transport to get crowds it would seem, So you're hardly in a position to talk.

Look at the excuses rolling in.
Seems as though Queenslanders have trouble taking the crap that they're so keen on giving to Sydney.
You averaged 40k+ ONCE, the first season there after the first premiership and the crowds steadily went to sh*t after that.
You can 'Super League' this and 'sh*t facility' that, but you pretty much sound like Sydneysiders defending their attendaces.
Sydney's crowds were once good, now they're sh*t. The big question is, will they be able to turn it around as we have??
