I don't know dude, I just saw it somewhere and got used to it lol. I reckon people these days are used to calling players by surnames, so it sticks out more when they're in upper-case.

Ryan's gotta move to the front row. A fast and skilful prop is better than a slow and sluggish second rower.

Ryan's best move would be to slot into the front row and let Tolman give us some impact off the bench. That would allow Beastwood and Idris in the second row which would be a deadly combo.

Agreed, i think Ryan needs to make the move to prop next season where he will be more efficient, if we get Eastwood especially, an ideal pack for 2011 would be:

Maitua's last 2 years were rubbish.
Maitua made Warburton look like Darren Smith.

He was in a bad way then, though. The drink, the partying, the drugs. I'm sure now that he's straight and he's been doing all of these kamakazi missions and hardcore overseas training he could come back and rip it up like he did in 2004 and 2005. Especially with a strong pre-season under his belt.

Cannot believe you would be looking at Maitua. Regardless of his past, it will be near on 3 years since he played anything resembling decent football in the NRL by the time next year rolls around. He was on the gear and fat as a fool at Cronulla.

Look how far Gasnier has been off the pace in the first month he's been back after just 1 and a half seasons & he was at least playing football in some form.

Dumb move by the Doggies if they go through with him in the Top 25. Second tier & proving himself in reggies for a year sounds likely. Anything above that & you are in a spin as a club.

There won't be any excuse for us to miss any field goal attempts next year lol. Hodko has been kicking them sweetly all year. Really think our team next year will patch up the areas which we really need fixing up.
