Based on prior growth a 10% increase to get it to 330,000 would be a strategic minimum.

Roosters on sale today. Early count at 475

https://membership.roosters.com.au/.

When the draw came out last year I said I wasn't going to take out a Bronze membership as I couldn't get to Sunday afternoon games. But I ended up getting the full ticketed membership anyway. I regretted that decision. I think I went to 5 or 6 of the 11 home games. Very poor.

I will probably do the same again this year. Fingers crossed for more Friday and Saturday games

Roosters membership update 865

https://membership.roosters.com.au/news/read/1011/members-survey-results

The Club recently conducted a survey with our Members to better understand what our Members value and want most from their Memberships.

It is really important for us to give Members the chance to provide feedback on their experience to ensure we continue to raise the bar each year and most importantly, listen and act on our Members feedback!

The results are in! Please see below some key insights from our 2016 Member survey:

  • 90% Members said their Membership met or exceeded expectations
  • Members enjoy the loyalty events and appreciate the acknowledgement of their commitment to the club
  • Members would like packs and cards to be delivered in a more timely manner in 2017
  • Members enjoy the opportunity to be able to meet the players at Member events, and would love more opportunities to do so.
  • Members were not happy that caps were not included in packs in 2016
  • 87% of Members intend to renew their Membership in 2017
We asked Members to share the words they thought best described their feelings towards the clubs.

MORE THAN ASKING - THEY LISTENED AND ACTED

The Roosters Membership team are committed to ensuring the experience for all Members will be greatly improved in 2017. Thanks to the feedback from our Members we will be implementing the following initiatives and MORE in 2017:

  • The cap is back! All Members will receive a cap in their 2017 Membership pack.
  • Postage included! All Members will have their packs posted in 2017, and you will have a NEW pack tracker to follow your delivery right to your door! https://sites.tpf.com.au/fulfilment/sydneyroosters.asp
  • Member packs will be delivered from the first week of November!
  • Seat Return or Forward! We know that Members can’t make all games, and in 2017 full season Members will be able to return their seat and receive a credit on their Membership, or forward their seat to a friend to attend the game.
  • Discounted Member parking on match days
  • A Member Council to give all of our Members a voice to help shape a Membership program that you can be proud of.
We thank all Members that took the time to provide feedback, and we look forward to welcoming you back for 2017, the year of the Rooster!

From me - well done Roosters. Now what about those Saturday night games?

On the downside - although the membership states the price hasn't changed at $160 - it says it only includes 10 games at Allianz - the most expensive package of all includes 2 tickets for Gosford, so we're going there

That means one of the following
The draw has been done already and we're taking the Anzac Day game to Homebush plus the Gosford game or
We're having one home game in Gosford and one home game somewhere else, such as NZ or f**k me dead Darwin. Oh god, please no.

Now I'm really worried

Hopped on their membership chat and can confirm it's one game at Gosford and another 'interstate' clash "like the Rabbitohs and Eels" do. They go to Cairns and Darwin. Maybe the Roosters are bound for Adelaide?

ANZAC Day remains contracted Moore Park for the time being.

The amount of times the Warriors have played in Perth and never won its an easy two points

Roosters updating that member tracker/number in virtually real time is seems. Nice change.

It's always seemed to me that membership was kind of an afterthought for the club. Updates sometimes a month or more apart. Early days, but there seems to be more focus from the club this time around.

Thanks Tim

Cairns and Darwin are stupid, unless we play Canberra or the Storm there
If we play the Cowboys up there again we want our heads read

Adelaide - I like the sound of that. Roosters of Radelaide.

Those Storm figures are great, how much did they get last year?

Surely they are looking if a figure between 15-20k

Looks like the roosters are finally taking Memberships seriously.

Note the 1158 doesn't include renewals, well at least not my renewal. I have been notified that mine gets processed on the 17th as has a mate of mine so expect a spike then.

I also don't mind there only being 10 games at SFS. We have a long term commitment to play games at Gosford and the 'interstate' game is intriguing. It gives the fans a chance for a road trip. I just hope they don't do something stupid like Cowboys in Darwin.

Well they tried to host Newcastle in Gosford last year/ A scheduling clash at the SFS in round 5 saved us.

Surely it doesn't matter where we play Newcastle next year though...

Just spoke to Roosters membership and they expected a surge of 6,000 or so on Monday once the auto-renewals kick in.

Given the effort thr club has put in on thr coast, imo they should have 2 games at Gosford as it offers the most strategic value
