And an annual event awaits in this forum. No, not the GF itself, but the first glimpse of the GF jerseys. And with it comes the annual disappointment of seeing that there is no special GF badge, but merely plain, boring, blasé embroidered text on the chest signifying the event ... which looks just like every player's milestone game jersey, ect.

What are the chances we'll be disappointed again by about Tuesday?

Hopefully something like that can be done next Sunday for the GF. I miss those GFs when they did that.

Yea so.. I hate the old white shield outline of Grand Final badges. It was so naff.. Surely theres a better way to recognise GF teams.

It’s said every year but there’s no reason the NRL can’t have heat press patches produced in the same dimensions of the Telstra Premiership logo for the Grand Final. Black background, metallic gold logo. This is what the AFL does and it’s so easy.
