Stoneman seemed really focused on proving our plan correct, he managed it in the end

England 258 ahead. Root heading towards another 50.

Another 100 should be enough.

Interesting fact: of the 23 wickets to fall all have been taken by the opening bowlers of both sides.

De Great Man and Sodhi being ineffective is killing us here.

Seamers have been terrific but we can't rely only on Waggers to back them up.

Why does Kane love bowling bowlers into the ground and have a raging boner for CDG who unless it’s seaming all over the place is a part timer at best?

Southee is sick, Sodhi is useless, think that's about it

NZ have got to stop taking punts in the DRS. Genuine edge there and they can’t use it because they took two chancey guesses incorrectly.

NZ remain the worst with DRS.

Yeah that was a harsh one, Bairstow punishing us a bit now

380 ahead you imagine they will pull out soon

This scenario is precisely what Raval is for. Time for him to stand up and really cement his place in the Test team
