the threat about not playing in brisbane - that was only unnamed sources. no official request / statement was ever made by BCCI or the indian team.

all BCCI asked was for the team to not be restricted to their rooms, which was accepted by CA.

BCCI have thrown their weight around, but not in this instance.

I get that overall Wade hasn’t been awful as a test bat, and he’s been docked around this series... but his dismissals have been as atrocious as you’ll ever see, especially for a ‘veteran’ or experienced player
