The South Sydney Past Players Association will hold its annual reunion on Friday 2 October at the Fox and Lion Hotel in Moore Park.
The SSPP is calling on all Rabbitohs players, coaches, trainers, support staff and administration from first, second and third grades to join them at the annual reunion.
This year the SSPP will be honouring the 1969, 1989, 1994 and 1999 sides.
Its the 40th anniversary of the 1969 teams (first grade grand finalists, second grade grand finalists and third grade premiers), the 20th anniversary of the 1989 teams (first grade minor premiers and under 21s premiers), the 15th anniversary of the 1994 team (first grade Tooheys Challenge winners), and the 10th anniversary of the 1999 teams (last teams before expulsion from the NRL.
As always all Rabbitohs are welcome but this year the SSPP wants to make a special effort to contact as many people from the above teams as possible.
Where: Fox and Lion Hotel (Upstairs), Fox Studios, Moore Park
When: Friday 2 October, 6pm (Friday before the NRL Grand Final)
Cost: $15 (pay at the door.) Finger food provided, buy your own drinks.
