Hess shouldn't start mate, not over Lowe, Taumalolo or Cooper. He is still just a kid and needs to ply his trade off the bench. He's had some
Brilliant moments this year and some piss poor ones (in D mainly)

Earliest I recall making a big difference was Ben Ross for Penrith and Qld, no doubt plenty of others.
