That article actually says:

"Officials are at pains to point out it was Beale's decision to reject the offer in the face of more substantial deals put up by rival clubs, with the Dragons and Warriors believed to be at the head of the queue.

Great signing for the Tigers, he cops a lot of flack from people on this forum but Anasta is still a very handy player and will bring a lot to a team that relies way too much on Benji.
