well
maybe we are doing things

i BET the coaching situation is ...not helping?

So, RCB...

Genuine question. Do you reckon we sort the 'Head Coach' question out first?

That is a TOUGH one.

It seems that they've taken the approach of surrounding John Morris with a decent 'supporting cast' (well, that would be their strategy, even if some would argue that they are not 'decent'). So, to axe him for 2022 doesn't really make sense.

If they are 'all in', then they should give him a 2-year extension.

However, if they have doubts, they should sack him ASAP.
But I just can't see that happening...

But the bottom 3 teams are throwing megabucks at players.
We should be doing that too

Looks at Moylan, Fifita, and Woods contracts...

... I think I'd prefer the club player a more considered approach rather than throwing big contracts around.

The Sharks are in a position where they aren't really competing, but they aren't sure what they have yet. Look at the players off-contract at the end of 2021:

Dugan, Ferris, Hiroti, Johnson, Kennedy, Macdonald, Magoulias (if he stays), Metcalf, Moulan, Rudolph, Talakai, Tolman, Tracey, Trindall, Vasquez, Woods.

Yes, we have big contracts coming off, but we also have younger talent who may play themselves into a bigger contract (Talakai, Rudolph, Ferris, Trindall).

There isn't a rush to secure the coach or any 'must have' players that are going to be signed up before the start of the season (Maybe Chrichton).

I honestly don't know what they should do man,
its a tough situation. I think morris has the makings of a good coach.

But i think maybe there are some people within the club who don't believe it.

Well if it was in the tele, it must be so .They go to great lengths to ensure accuracy of ANYTHING that goes into their NEWSpaper.
That Josh Carr bloke could be a goer.

Chad has better hair, Pearce has a better last name.

Both are average, can play ok with better players around.
