I've been regularly running since April 2018, got to 5km at the end of August and did 10k this past Monday.
I'm not really interested in going any further than 10km so I thought of this as a plan to maintain and I wanted opinions from other runners if they think it's good.
Bascially 3 runs per week:
1st run is the distance run, go 8-10km
2-3 days later the speed run, 5km as fast as I can (PB is exactly 25 min)
Sunday run there's a nature reserve not far from here with a 4.5km circuit that I like because it works my thighs and arse more thoroughly than a road run.
Thoughts? Does that seem like a good combo or should I just concentrate on time?
