The thing with Dragons, is that most of there players havent been in a GF, and if have some have choked and they are key players.

They will also have a few in SOO, how they come back after that will be interesting, we have seen how it effects teams, and the key is how the coach manages them, For Mary this will be virgin terriitory so if he gets it wrong, there whole season could be railroaded.

They have had basically no injuries and they could go through whole season with none, but a major injury late would disrupt whole balance of team, where most other clubs who will be in the mix dealing with injuries now and adjusting team.

The impact of the clubs who in recent years been in the mix, they all started slow, but are slowing gaining traction, for the Dragons come knockout part of finals facing say Storm,Roosters,Sharks all teams they beat easily so far this year come finals its different those teams have been through it lately and know how too adjust.

I am not saying Dragons cant win it, just saying there is a long way to go and plenty will happen before they can get deep into the finals, the other thing is like all sydney teams they wont have home ground advantage if they play another sydney team

I like Hunt. Very humble guy who stays out of the limelight and lets his footy do the talking. Probably the reason he was never a comfortable fit at the Broncos.

Mary's job is to have this form in September. Because no team keeps it up for 30 weeks.

I’ve got an Uncle, had a Grandfather who was a life member, good mate, etc etc who love the Dragons - they’re just the same as us!

Fair assessment.

They are usually fast starters to the comp and fade. No fade yet as they are better balanced and have solid leadership.

Lack of big match success is a reason to doubt them come finals. They have also had no injuries so far which is remarkable.

Origin is also a wild card for them. it's a massive distraction.

A very well rounded team , strong and skill full across the park, but their bench is a worry. Coach is solid not unlike ours. It’s all about injuries in the finals.
