Should be announced any minute....

Where does Hingaro play? Does Leuluai go to hooker and Hingaro stay in the halves?

What's the status on Kata? Maumalo?

Hingano on the bench at least. Preferably in the halves with Leuluai at hooker though.

It is McFadden though, so who knows.

Maybe Hingano has 'works ons' already.

2. Lolohea

So he Tui is going to watch Ata come on and play in the #6 jersey that he has been promised for so long while he himself is catching a cold on the wing.

Odd stuff

So Tui has regained his confidence enough from playing 1 game in the halves after stinking it up at at fullback to be ready to play on the wing.

Righto.

Use of Tui is odd, but the team looks good. Just about as strong as we could be with players available.

This is actually the side I wanted.

In terms of McFudd, the sort of analogy I'd use is he set off from Auckland looking to arrive in Tauranga later that day. He missed the turnoff after the Bombays, continued heading towards Hamilton and refused to concede he was off course. Went through Taupo and realised he'd got it all wrong, then headed back towards the coast. Got his bearings wrong again and saw the big 'welcome to Whakatane' sign. He cut his losses and stayed in a budget hotel for the night, then got up the next morning, fired up the car (running low on petrol at this stage and particularly road weary) and hugged the coast - which luckily carried him north to his original destination. Of course on arrival, he declared all well.

That's basically Tui's season. One big f**ked up Tiki tour.

Probably the side I wanted. If Hingaro is in the team, I'd probably want Tevaga over Roache and Afoa over Gavet...but no major issues.

Gets destroyed in the forwards.

Don't make any changes in the forwards for the next game.

Totally makes sense.

Would prefer Ata started with TL at 9 and Roache on the bench, but at least he's finally in the bloody team.

Yes, but that doesn't mean changes shouldn't be made. It's not a problem that didn't exist before last week. And imagine if Matt Scott, Ben Hannant & John Asiata were available last week?

Sipley is sitting in reserve grade, for a start, while Lisone continues on his error/penalty spree. That's 10 combined in his last 5 matches now, in just 165 minutes of game time.

Somebody had to take up Gubb's mantle

Yeah Lisone needs to sort his shit out. Vete is the only one of last years crop that is really progressing well. Hopefully Sipley and Afoa go better.

Lisone is a meat axe. He's giving away a penalty every 16 minutes? No thanks. Wind the tape back to GI's try before halftime two weekends ago, his pathetic 'effort' to nab whoever burst through the ruck was absolutely indicative of who he is as a footballer. He bars up v smaller, less dominant packs and in games like the Knights etc, then becomes an error-prone, penalty-laden dead shit when the heat goes on him.

His spot should be Sipley's all day long.

Nice to see McFudd has realised what we all knew about Maumalo 3 months ago.
