They only scored 0 in 2010. The points weren't taken off them from 07-09, only the premierships. But if that's how you want to count it then fair enough. Like you said 4 years lost and still not last, not to bad
Their results from 2006 to 2009 where excluded from the records. Parramatta's points from 2016 where also excluded, so in a way salary cap cheating stopped storm from being dead last

Only their premierships and minor premierships were taken away during those years. Their points remain

Melbourne are the winningest team in the history of the NRL . . . 2010 was the only year they didn't score

Here's a Ladder combining all regular season games from the last 10 seasons i used 2007 as a starting point as that's when the titans were introduced and 10 seasons is a good round number.

1.Manly- 319
2.Broncos- 308
3. Bulldogs- 292
4. Rabbitohs- 287
5. Cowboys- 284
6. Dragons- 281
7. Roosters- 280
8. Panthers- 260
9. Tigers-260
10. Sharks- 256
11. Raiders- 255
12. Titans- 253
13. Warriors- 241
14. Knights- 234
15. Storm- 223
16. Eels- 222
So in that time:
Premierships
1.Manly- 319 2
2.Broncos- 308
3. Bulldogs- 292
4. Rabbitohs- 287 1
5. Cowboys- 284 1
6. Dragons- 281 1
7. Roosters- 280 1
8. Panthers- 260
9. Tigers-260
10. Sharks- 256 1
11.Raiders- 255
12. Titans- 253
13. Warriors- 241
14. Knights- 234
15. Storm- 223 1
16. Eels- 222

More interesting is since the NRL came into being, Manly is accredited with 543 wins and Melbourne 622 wins. That takes into consideration Melbourne's official zero in '10 and counts Manly's 3 years as Northern Eagles

Can't argue against Melbourne being the most successful club this century as far.

Despite the salary cap dramas, they have still been at the top of the competition for a long time.

Whilst they haven't been as continually as successful as Melbourne, and arguement could be made for the Roosters also.

Since 2000 they've had 4 minor premierships, appeared in 6 grand finals, have won two, and also have won two world club challenges.

Roosters officially have it over Melbourne where it matters most to me . . . Shields won. Manly are probably the best club if you go back past the NRL for the same reason
