No thanks.
Let them play at the titans or nsw cup.
Let them play at the titans or nsw cup.
That’s quiet funny, could it work for HIA as well?If they're desperate we can do a cloak and dagger deal where we sign Brett, but we secretly really sign both of them to play as 'Brett'
Only one can play each week though.
This ensures that both are trying to outdo each other from a finess and performance perspective, so we really will have "the better Morris" playing for us each week.
Plus, when one of them inevitably breaks down, the other fills in, meaning we don't have an injury concern ("Brett" could conceivably be the very first player in history to do an ACL but be back playing the week afterwards)
There's nothing but upside in this option for us..
They are Morris Minors now ........No effin way. You can't teach old Dogs new tricks!
Todays SMH online news has a story about the Morris brothers conceding they are little chance of staying on at the Bulldogs due to their salary cap pressures, but either has any desire to retire yet. I have this romantic notion of having at least Brett back in the red V to end his career where his experience, speed and skills could still be an asset and he would fit right in. On the practical side though neither of them are offering the dogs much at the moment and they may well have passed their use by date (but unlike Nighty did not remain loyal)...plus they dont come particularly cheap. What are the thoughts from the forum?
They left too old no thanksNo thanks, we need to look to the future not the past.
