Is Farah Super League bound?

I honestly can't think of any club that would be willing to risk big money on him, because obviously being a rep hooker, deservedly or not he'll be demanding big coin. If a side in the doldrums like the Tigpies don't want him, I can't imagine any other club risking it on him.

Titans or Raiders I could see paying 600k with tigers paying 300k
Titans haven't spent DCE money yet

I once played a guy called R0bb13 Farrah1998 on NBA 2k15. He'll probably declare for the next draft.

Only thing i've heard is that he's bound for Souths.

Few things that make this believable is that we need a top line hooker with Issac Luke leaving and his brother has been our physio for years. Plus he wants to stay in Sydney.

I question how much we are going to pay him though....

Maybe we will get rid of McQueen after this season to help pay for Robbie.

It's just a thought I had, probably won't happen though.

Super League makes sense for Robbie because he will much closer to Lebanon, whose team he will probably captain in the 2017 World Cup.

If he is located in England he can fly across to Lebanon in 3 hours in the morning, attend team training, and then fly back to his Super League club that evening. Eventually the same argument and Super League appeal will apply to the other Lebanon national team players currently in the NRL: Reece Robinson, Josh Mansour and Tim Mannah.

It has to happen if Lebanon are to be any chance of beating Fiji and France into the final four semi final of the World Cup.

Hopefully his time in the NRL is not done, but I agree it is time for Tigers to move on. How do the Knights hookers go? I can only think of them, Titans or Rabbitohs.

Doesn't matter where he goes if you're a Tigers' fan, Robbie has been a coach's gremlin for far too long, Taylor wants it his way and its refreshing he's not the one being shown the highway for a change

Massive indictment on this guy that the Tigers are letting him look elsewhere. If he was a decent bloke, he'd be the cornerstone of that club and when you think Tigers, you'd think Wobbie. But he's invested his energy into sooking and getting rid of coaches.

If the Titans sign him, they may as well fold. Like they need another unlikeable NSWelshman with attitude problems and an overpriced salary.

For a current Origin hooker.

Souths will claim to pay him 150k

I can't think of a bigger tosser in the history of the game than Farah. The arrogance he exudes every time he's on TV is astounding. I've never seen a player with such a big ego to ability ratio.

Only sticking point is his clean record when is comes to domestic violence.

Can think of players who rival him but probably not outstrip him, nope. Revealed his true colours in shafting Potter. Massive wanker.

Doesn't his brother physio at Souths?

The Raiders have Josh Hodgson who has proven himself to be a VERY good NRL hooker.
Thats not to say he's better than Farah, because he isnt

But the need just isnt there for us to justify spending that kind of money on a hooker, i doubt very much we're even going to dip a toe in the Farah sweepstakes

It will be the Titans or Souths if he stays in Australia.

But he could go to Super League if he is willing to take a pay cut.

On the other hand, if the Lebanese government is serious about a bid to perform well at the World Cup in 2017, they will make him a lucrative captain-coach offer with the Cedars.

Tigers have massive salary cap pressures and are offloading all their highest paid players currently over the age of 25.

Richards, Galloway, Farah gone.

Only Halatau and Lawrence left.

Furthermore, the Tigers will be paying a huge chunk of his salary I'd imagine, given the club is breaching the contract, so Farah would come relatively cheaply. Pretty sure he was signed up til 2017 too, so a club could pick him up for two years and only pay 300-450k a season for him.

Not a bad deal really.

I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up at the Roosters or Souths (where his brother works)

Be shocked if Souths don't chase him hard, esp is he's heavily subsidised by the Tigers

WTF is going on at the Tigers though - must be hugely overpaying the youngsters

Roosters won't be interested. They already have Jake Friend as their No 1 hooker, and just bought Ian Henderson as back up.

On the other hand Leeds have lost Paul Aiton to Catalans, so they will definitely be interested.

Leeds of course is the club that Danny Buderus played for after he left Newcastle.
