Lafai is a good player, very hard to handle, it would be a bit of a slap in the face to some of the juniors looking for a shot this year, especially if Moylan stays fullback, which seems to be the case. Nice looking backline of Moylan fullback DWZ mansour wings and lafai whare centres though

Backlines don't win comps.

Depending on the fitness of Soward, we could potentially start the season with the worst halves combination in the competition.

Depending on Griffin and the development of young players, we could potentially have the best young halves in the competition by the end of the season.

Unlikely to happen. But if Sowards health becomes an issue, the upside is potentially seeing Matt Moylan and/or Te Maire Martin in the halves.

Take off your rose tinted glasses for a second. Better than the Titans? Souths? Tigers? Broncos?

Both are complete unknowns in the halves in the NRL (TMM is a prospect for sure). Not everyone can make the transition from fullback to 6 look as simple as Lockyer and Tonie Carroll.

9 of those spoons came before the 60's when no one cared about rugby league and it wasn't a professional sport.
We only have 4 wooden spoons in the last 45years so suck on that
