Yeah of course, that's part of it. They werent drafting him to be this guy. They got lucky. These guys always talk about remembering all the teams that passed on them and how that motivates them... the Patriots should be on Brady's list. They passed on him 6 times! 6! :lol:

Osweiler can be a stop gap but he has learnt from Manning and has a cannon arm.

He'll struggle reading defences and calling audible but Kubiaks system might favour a player like Osweiler.

Most likely, difference being that denver D gave Brady no time, manning will have to put up more than 20 against the Panthers, the zone read will slow that Pass tush down let alone the Pro Bowl line they have.

Denver's D will tackle Newton, when he's forced to throw he isn't as threatening.
