In the later rounds. Though it was runoured souths and sam were already in secret talks. It was supposedly rusty texting sam during the gf 'that could of been us' that really sparked things on

I thought that was Madge texting Sam it could have been us. In fact I'm certain it was although it doesn't fit the Crowe Burgess love in narrative as well.

Brilliant text me his address and I will nip around as soon as I've filled the car up. I won't even ask for petrol money.

Yep, will be awesome watching Inglis combine with boyd and milford in the finals, while we continue on with the burgess brothers and a bunch of duds while r20 and shadow post the same 4 post repeatedly every day

Inglis isn't going to play in a final again. How he's still playing Origin is outstanding after his last year.I would love it if he left and freed up some cap space. Sadly Brisbane won't be daft enough to come anywhere near what we're paying him.
Nothing against Inglis as such, I just think he's past it and with his injuries sadly it's downhill for him. If it was the Inglis of a few years ago we were talking about we woudnt even be having this discussion.

I reckon he would still go well at left centre.

He has speed. That's about it.
He'll be like an inferior caucasian version of nathan merritt, but less safe under the high ball.

I think he's a dud.

Nielsen equals extreme dud.

J. Burgess equals dud.

So we are upgrading for the rest of the season I hope.

Drop the extreme dud and replace him with a dud;-)

If Joe Burgess is coming to Souths then Souths are the new transit lounge

The Roosters have got better recruitment than Souths so no surprise they are signing Keary. He will go well at the Roosters with a star backline to feed rather than a NSW Cup standard backline. This is looking like another negative trade for Souths with Keary's replacement likely to be either Liam Coleman (recently promoted to NSW Cup) or Cody Walker (good running game but poor kicking game)

Roosters put their eggs in the Pearce Basket, it's turned into a disaster
Manly put all their eggs in the dce basket, it's turned into disaster.
Tigers are going down the moses/brooks route. It's not looking good but you never know.
Titans almost put all their eggs in the dce basket, but it looks like losing dce is the best thing to happen to them.
The nrl market is unpredictable, we aren't the only team to struggle at the moment

Losses: Peats, Korosiau, Walker, Luke, Keary, Mansour, Roberts, Pettybourne, Mcqueen, Grevsmuhl, Grant, Teo, Stewart.

Look at that range of talent that's walked out the door.

So us it the coach, the owner or what? That's terrible retention.

Cause you know what, it's a bloody concern.

Start Cook at hooker.

if we are going to start with cook at dummy half (which i'd be fine with) then we might as well just keep him on for the whole match, and instead of having mcinnes on the interchange, have an extra back rower/prop on the interchange. that way the forwards have a better rotation/rest during the match, so they should be a bit more effective
