They're paying him $600k. Given his issues, I don't think that's an unreasonable amount and I don't think any other clubs were willing and able to offer the same, so if the NRL was to stop him taking his best option it would be close to grounds of restraint of trade.

In terms of whether he will be good for the Warriors, the positives are he will play straight and direct in a team that goes wide too quickly without establishing the middle, he will give a second skilful attacking point to play to, and the negatives are it still doesn't fix the fact our forwards play like lazy Sheila's.

If they are only having to pay $600k and the NRL accepts that, then it's quite frankly a joke.

How can the NRL stipulate to Parramatta that they cannot register Falou because they were paying what the NRL deemed under market rates (or Manly with Glenn Stewart) but then suddenly allow the Warriors to register Foran for half his previous contract?

Well I guess others have already pointed out Jim Doyles relationship with the NRL so that takes care of that.....

They will need to offload some players to get him , no doubt.

And it should be for more than they are allowing.

I read that the NRL is yet to register the contract.

Read about Jim Doyle and how he has been in talks with the NRL for some time my friend. He is well respected with the NRL and we will register him. Doyle wouldn't waste any time on this if he was not confident. We will see him in a Warriors Jersey 2017 :)

Excuse me are you talking about that fraud management from Paramatta? Mate turn it up. The Warriors are doing everything above board and are working with the NRL. Unlike Parra whom think they don't need to follow the rules. Those are the facts and aren't you a Manly fan. Whats your problem?

Mate I understand you're excited about this but surely as a Warriors fan you should be used to disappointment. This still has the potential to blow up in Warriors faces.

Why? Based on what? Media stirs? Anything can happen to any club at any time. Injuries, off field incidents etc. We understand what comes with Foran. Doyle wouldn't be stupid to go in this blind folded. Everything Doyle touches turns to gold. Look him up and you will know why the NRL tried so hard to get him to be their CEO before Greenberg took over :)

Do the warriors need another under-performer? The fact he won;t disassociate with Hayson unless directed to do so would ring alarm bells.

Oh piss off mate. Who doesn't have a Family Member or mate that's a bit dodge. We cannot control what others do in their own time get a grip. The only people we can control are ourselves and that is what Kieran is doing in NZ. Getting back on his feet for both career and for his overall well being. We all should be behind this not just Warrior fans

"a bit dodge" - haha, understatement of the year.

I'm all for Foran returning home and getting better. If you reckon Uncle Eddie is good for his rehabilitation then I sincerely hope your club gets everything it deserves.

Lolohea should be the super utility player we lack. He can cover some many positions and do an okay job at it. There is no shame whatsoever being a super sub. Utility players have great value and he can become that. We know injuries are gonna happen so Tui can be that stop gap and still show his talent

Yeah, probably in the short-term until RTS leaves (he will, for rugby). Then Lolohea needs to be lined up and developed as a fullback. A halve, he ain't.

He isn't that is why he is in a different country bright spark. Is Eddie in Auckland?

Have the inventions of the telephone, e-mail and electronic transactions over the internet hit the land of the long white cloud yet?

Also, you liked my post one minute. Now you're criticising it? Maybe things do move slowly over there.

Is this poster for real?

Kieran may need to control who he hangs around with

Haha Wheeled Warrior would be certain Foran's a dodgy merkin if he signed with any other club but nah he's signed with Auckland so it's obviously a beat up. Pmsl. Will gladly take Lolohea or RTS off your hands in the meantime
