As I asked you before Surely would you be cool with one of your staff in your pubs uniform being broadcast nation wide with messages of support for a coward punch killer ?

It was stupid. Plain and simple. He isn't a genius nor does he claim to be.

But, where is a clear policy by the NRL about what can it cannot be written on the arm band or anywhere else?

Put a bloody policy in place, issue it to all clubs then hold the players to account if they breach it.

I think it was butch saying what if a bloke did this at srely's pub? Well if there is no policy breached, the pub would be dragged to fair work for sacking the bloke.

Get the rules in place but don't retrospectively punish a bloke his job because you didn't have the foresight to cover off something like this.
