1-13 will be announced and that SHOULD remain unchanged. It will basically just be a collection of reserves from 14-21 and will be cut 1 hour before kick off. Expect to see most of the squad announced (i.e Havili, Marketo, Leilua etc) but later cut from the squad.

Tom havili hurt his knee at training yesterday and is out indefinitely.
That will give Mary a excuse to put Marketo in as utility and 2nd hooker.

So much for that special performance committee to get things moving forward within the club......a complete smokescreen I now suspect. We are left with a pickle onion head coach still with no idea but has many layers of deflection.

It's the first season I have ever felt that we are in real danger of the spoon. Normally I am a very optimistic type of guy, but Mary has destroyed all confidence I have in this team. I just hope the players ignore his instructions and play like they did against the Sharks late last year.

Cutters team looks at least as good as last year and Under 20's has lots of promising players. Four of the squad are already on the sidelines injured.

Disappointing squad for mine with Mann then Milne the most agrieved.

I'm going to try some early season optimism and hope some mind games are being played and that, at the very least, Mann gets the call up in place of McCrone.

Traditionally I'm always so excited weeks and weeks in advance for round 1 and the footy to kick off this year was easily the most uninterested I have been in years now don't get me wrong I love my Saints and am a lifer but DEAR GOD! talk about an underwhelming team list! It's almost the same FKING team McCrone at half really? Lafai over Mann/Milne? Host over Luciano Leilua (and further to that not even named as a reserve). The only thing that excited me is Jai Field at #17 everything else is just so ....meh.

Is the new Fox NRL station going to be showing state league and cutters ??? cause id rather watch that and plus i want to enjoy some of our up and coming youngsters and better players before they inevitably leave and become great players at other clubs cause we wont give them a chance ie Field, Mann, Dufty, Leluia, Host to name just a few.

I know there's a lot of love on her for aitken, but as a right centre he is not fit to wipe Milne's boots.

An absolute disgrace that the best centre at the club is not in the first grade side.
