With the cooling off period set to expire on the Roosters-Tedesco deal, it is understood that the Parramatta Eels have made a In a 11th hour bid and have convinced Tedesco to join them and it could happen as soon as the 2017 season.

The Deal is believe to include a player swap between Tedesco and Clint Gutherson to join the Wests Tigers before the June 30th cut off date.

Given the circus that has transpired with the contracts of Brooks, Moses, Tedesco and Woods this season, I think any club would be mad to have 2 of Isaac Moses' high profile clients on their books now - seems like he takes a fair bit of pleasure in holding teams to ransom when it's time to renew.... Bad enough having to deal with him once, let alone 2 or 3 times....

I'd find it hard to understand, with Bevan French already on the books and doing well at fullback for them, why would the Eels then look to sign another fullback in Tedesco?

Matty Johns suggest that James Graham could be the next Paul Harragon if he went to Newcastle. The problem is there has to be something in it for Graham, and just a big money offer may not be enough. At this stage of his career he would looking for a premiership and that isn't probably likely going to happen in the time frame that Graham has left at the Knights. No question though he would help the Knights immensely if they signed him.
