I'm just showing an instance of when he is asked about TMM. I can't be f**ked going to the original because this whole argument is pointless.

I'll state again: I think we handled it poorly. You disagree. We will get over this, I'm sure. It is not a major issue at all in the great scheme of things. But it is just another instance of the club not exactly being smart.

I know he got asked about tmm, but given the question there was absolutely no reason for hook to tell everyone he has been dropped which may not even be the truth.

How is it not smart? What is the negative impact or fallout from the way we handled it? None as far as I can tell but I've asked that a couple of times and been ignored..

Because saying he's injured and back soon, and then have him play reserves, looks amateurish, basically. Either we dropped him for form, or we dropped him for behavior, but it was no injury. That's why.

Let me switch the question: how is it smart? What was achieved that just saying "We are trying something different" couldn't have done better?

At the end of the day, the boys out west are having problems scoring on the field. Scoring OFF the field is another thing, sounds like some own goals have been scored though which is causing tension.

Either way, Mythyn Griffin is a f**king dope of a bloke who couldn't coach an U6's team to eat their oranges at halftime.

Fkn Teflon Griffin. Given the green light by Detective Ronald Gould to cause a shit parade on us Panthers fans.

I've answered this already.

Because if you say we are dropping him after the rumours from last week you are just going to create more speculation in the media about his future and him being out of favour which is more distraction. Griffin went out of his way to shut those rumours down so why would he also go out of his way to tell everyone he has been dropped in the same breath? That's just dumb. Also you probably piss tmm off and hurt his confidence telling the world he has been dropped when there are many other players who deserve it more. It also places more pressure on Bryce to fix our issues and be our saviour.

Before the Parra game it was reported he was in doubt with Back spasms. it is the kind of injury that you can't predict who's to say if Panthers game was on Fri or Sat he wouldn't of played?

For what ever reason Griffin put out potential media fire by saying what he did, nothing more was said by anyone in the Media that i have seen.

Exactly. There has been no more speculation about him being on the outer or leaving this year, all i've seen is that the warriors are chasing him for next year.

Yep, there is every chance he was actually injured. We played on Thursday so we had to trim the squad and submit the updated team sheet on Wednesday(I believe? you know the rules better than me) so it might just of been to much of a risk to have him in the team. A few days can make the difference for a minor niggle.

Either way I don't see how the club has come out of this looking amateurish or stupid, its a common occurrence in the NRL. The only people ive seen mention it has been Penrith fans on this forum.
